All employees are required to complete Sexual Harassment Prevention Training as part of California Home Care Aides' commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional workplace. This training covers how to recognize, prevent, and report sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other inappropriate workplace behaviors. Employees will also learn their rights, responsibilities, and the procedures for reporting concerns in accordance with California law and company policy. Completion of this training is mandatory for all employees.
